ZGBK – Your Professional Bearings Expert

At ZGBK, we specialize in providing high-quality stainless steel bearings for a wide range of industries. With years of experience and a commitment to precision, our team ensures that every bearing meets strict standards for durability, performance, and reliability. Whether you need standard bearings or customized solutions, ZGBK is your trusted partner for long-lasting, high-performance bearings.

Stainless steel is generally divided into five types: 1) Austenitic (e.g., 304, non-magnetic, high corrosion resistance, used in kitchenware, medical equipment, construction); 2) Martensitic (e.g., 410, magnetic, heat-hardenable, lower corrosion resistance, used in knives, bearings); 3) Ferritic (e.g., 430, magnetic, nickel-free, low cost, used in kitchen appliances); 4) Precipitation-hardening (600 series, strengthened with Cu, Al, Ti, used in valves, shafts, golf heads); 5) Duplex (e.g., 2205, high strength and corrosion resistance, used in pipelines and pressure vessels).

When choosing stainless steel bearings, consider: 1) Material – high-quality steel has better hardness and precision; 2) Visual check – smooth arc raceways, no cracks, peeling, or loose parts; 3) Feel – minimal clearance between rings and rollers; 4) Rotation – should be smooth without obstruction or shaking; 5) Price – avoid unusually low prices, as good bearings have higher production costs.

Yes, we provide samples so you can check the quality before placing a larger order. Sample fees may apply, which are usually refundable after you confirm the bulk order.

Yes, we welcome technical collaboration. Your engineers can work with our technical team to test bearing performance, discuss specifications, and ensure the product meets your requirements before mass production.

There is no MOQ for existing inventory products. But for products that are not in stock, MOQ is usually available only for non-standard models.

Standard models ship within 15 days from stock. For customized bearings, production lead time is typically 55-75 days after order confirmation.

Absolutely. Our senior engineers with 15+ years of experience work directly with customers to design optimized solutions, ensuring ideal performance and cost efficiency.

Standard terms are T/T (wire transfer). We also support combined payments for balance and new orders. Shipments are handled via sea, air, or express courier according to customer preference.

No. While stainless steel bearings are one of our core strengths, ZGBK also produces chrome steel (AISI 52100) , hybrid ceramic bearings, plastic bearings, etc. We supply a full range of materials and models to meet different application needs — from standard deep groove ball bearings to non-standard and custom-engineered solutions.
